The gym equipment in the fitness suite is Nautilius’s Nitro Range and has been positioned to provide full wheelchair access.

Full membership is available to all able bodied people and anyone who has a disability or who is recovering from serious injury or illness. 

Clients who are receiving physio treatment or therapy are able to use the fitness suite as part of their rehabilitation.  Various classes and group activities are also available. 

Facilities also inlcude a medical standard rehabilitation treadmill, wheelchair accessible weight training equipment, standing frames, hand and upper limb rehabilitation equipment. 

Members of the Fitness Suite and the public are able to access other health professionals practicing The Body Talk System, Sports, Relaxation and Lymphatic Massage Therapy and Acupuncture.
